A Letter to My Prospective Clients and Your Families,

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably had something bad happen to you or to someone you care deeply about. We’re sorry you are having to deal with such an unhappy and often frightening, horrifying, terrible occurrence in your lives.

And too, if you’re reading this, you are probably trying to find a lawyer to help you. We’d like to try and help and if we can, we will.

But of course, we need to meet and visit and talk. Before we do, what should you know about us? First, there is an awful lot of information all over this website that let’s you know who we are, what kind of cases we work on and much, much more. Please explore it. We think you’ll find it informative.

But too, I’d like you to know these few things as well:

  • We like people. We like dealing with them and working with them. We like helping them.
  • We do give each client individual attention. I laugh when I hear so many other firms say that. They’re often too large, too busy, too worried about what’s next and where is it coming from. Our office is but 4 people; me, two legal assistants and a case investigator. We are so small that it is inevitable that we work closely with you. We have no interest in growing. We like it this way.
  • We do not take every case that comes our way. We want to make sure that our current clients are properly and well-served. We are extremely accomplished in analyzing what makes a case successful and what would only waste people’s time.
  • I have wonderful help in my office. In my opinion, they are the top of the line and they know I feel that way. We truly work as a team. We’ve been together for a long time and we plan on keeping it that way.
  • Our office has a proven track record of success. We’re proud of it. We’re effective. But, we are never resting on our laurels or just coasting along or “mailing it in”. We are always trying to get better, to improve what we do and how we do it. Ask us about it. We’ll show you. There are no harsher critics of our work than us. And, that is something that works.
  • I am the “Point Man”. I’m the lawyer, the guy that goes to court. Why is that important? Because I’ve been there, over and over again. I know how to get ready to go there, I know how to get there and I know what to do once I get there and, as important, the insurance companies and the lawyers on the other side know that I do indeed know what I’m doing. No one wants to end up in court and often, the threat of being beaten will assist the other side in “finding the reasonable way” to solve the problem.
  • Now, that is no guarantee of success but it surely helps point the case in the right direction.
  • Too, we talk candidly and openly and honestly with our clients about where their case is and where it’s going and how it’s getting there. The landscape of cases changes and evolves constantly and there is simply no room, in my opinion, for a lawyer who blows smoke or dresses everything up or acts like Pollyanna or Scarlett O’Hara. I’m too old for that kind of nonsense and I don’t think my clients need to be treated like children or dimwits. I simply must help my clients, not deceive and coddle them.
  • Ours is a happy and comfortable office. Not terribly big but a very nice place to grab a cold drink, watch TV, read a magazine, have a few pieces of candy and look at all the interesting things hanging on the walls while you wait to visit with us. No sterile, corporate, distant big-shot digs for us.

I suppose there is more I could say about us but I’ll leave that for another time. In the end analysis, it all boils down to one very important thing for me and that is that I love what I do and what we do and because I, after 30 years, still feel that way more strongly than ever so if you would like to talk to us, we’ll be glad to hear from you.

Take Care & Good Luck & Kindest & Best Regards,

E. Vernon F. Glenn
