IF IT’S SATURDAY, I MUST BE IN...UH, WAIT A MINUTE, LET ME LOOK...
Holy Boarding Pass Batman! I’ve been on the move and like the EverReady Bunny, I just keep on going.
But of course, I’ve been neglectful of my curmudgeonly duties as your faithful correspondent and raconteur, opinion-ator and stir-it-up-anator.
So let me slash away anew but first, a quick travelogue. Florence, Georgetown, Kingstree, Beaufort, Columbia, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, San Diego ( That La Jolla spot is tough to beat) , Atlanta, Montana, Charleston, Aiken, Mount Pleasant (Rumor has it I sleep there from time to time...) and a lot of other places I cannot recall just now.
Mostly work, some family, small pleasures stuffed into the abyss of “Must Be Done”.
It’s my job. I ain’t tired yet. And on I go.
P.S. Here's a great picture of me and our son Doug standing at the peak of Mt. Oberlin in spectacular, beautiful Glacier National Park, about 10,000 feet (Yikes!) above Logan Pass...and I didn’t levitate to get there; sweated like a pack mule in the Mojave in July up last 3,000 feet, cussed like a sailor too, but By God, I did it!! (Doug skipped up way ahead of me like the young mountain goat he is.)
