Lowcountry Legal Nurse, or Lustig Consulting, LLC, offers independent consulting services pertaining to legal nurse consulting, life care planning, medicare set-aside allocations/evaluations, and disability cost analysis. Provides healthcare consultation, education, and clinical experience to the medically related issues of the litigation process. Skill, training, education, experience, and knowledge provide the foundation to recognize, interpret and analyze relevant medically related information in a legal case.

Legal nurse consultant experience includes, but not limited to, determine and locate medical or nursing experts, attends and assists with depositions, prepares cost projections, performs client assessments, defines and evaluates nursing standards of care, liaison with attorneys, physicians, and clients, educates attorneys regarding medical facts and issues relating to a case, screens case for merit, research and summarize medical literature, screens for record tampering, prepares persuasive graphic exhibits for trial, assesses issues of damage and causation, assists in obtaining and identifying missing medical records, prepares simple/brief or complex/extensive chronologies, and provides   support  during  discovery  and  trial.
